In 2000, he founded Coastal Contacts and instantly re-writing the business model for contact lens sales and delivery. Drawing from the logistics expertise and contact lens industry knowledge he drew from earlier stints with Loomis logistics and a traditional contact lens company, Roger seized on the newly emerging e-commerce revolution.
An experienced management professional, Steve served as the Chief Operating Officer for Coastal.com for twelve years, which was sold to Essilor in 2014 for $430 million. Prior to that, Mr. Bochen was a Director of Operations for DHL and has also worked in various management capacities at Canadian Tire and Esso. Currently, he is advising various companies, through their growth and development challenges.
Braden is an experienced brand, marketing, and digital executive with a proven ability to lead entrepreneurial teams, develop innovative strategies, drive customer acquisition and retention programs, and maximize return on investment. He is currently Chief Marketing Officer at SAXX Underwear and previously has held executive roles at Kit and Ace, and Coastal Contacts.
Joseph has nearly two decades of experience leading end-to-end businesses and organizations across North America, Asia, and Europe. After 15+ years of leadership positions at Amazon and Procter & Gamble, he has spent the past 3 years focused on startups and growth-stage companies as CMO, investor, and board member.
His work at P&G and Gillette was awarded Best Marketing Program in America by Adweek, and named to America’s Hottest Brands by Ad Age. At Amazon, he was named to the 2014 Industry Top Executive List. Joseph is a frequent speaker on brand management and customer acquisition, and a writer for the Harvard Business Review Blog. Joseph is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business and Economics.
